In March 2008, God gave Jezreel the opportunity to glorify His name through leading Praise and Worship at the SOAR '08 Youth Conference with special guest speaker Josh McDowell at Oklahoma Wesleyan University. See SOAR Youth Conference photo album.

"We played for youth group and Sunday services at Northhills Baptist Church in Lingle. The youth group was great. Lingle is a town of just over 500 people, and there were at least 40 youth that night! We also had the amazing privilege of leading two teenage girls to Christ. Please pray for them as they begin their walk with Jesus."

"In Las Vegas, “Sin City,” Jezreel encouraged and ministered to 40 or more youth on Monday nights. The ministry had put a youth bible study into motion the year before, and upon our return we found that God had indeed increased our labors. The place where we stayed in Las Vegas (John and Debb's) was open to youth every night. Any of the kids who wanted somewhere to go could come over and hang out. We spent a good deal of time just being with the youth and talking with them."

"Norm got to talking with one of the worship leaders, as well as one of the youth pastors, and we got a booking for Sunday morning in the college-age church service.  It was definitely a divine appointment.  They really embraced us and were so encouraged by our testimony.  Once again we were in awe of God's sovereign appointing."

"With only two days notice and only one guitar handy (our instruments were stored in Denver CO - a 4 hour snow-and-ice-packed mountain drive away from our Gunnison CO location), God enabled us to do a praise and worship Wednesday evening youth outreach event at Bethany Baptist Church in Gunnison, CO; along with Nate Phillips of Foolish Things. Thankfully, the Youth Pastor Matt at Bethany borrowed instruments from other kind and generous individuals in Gunnison, so we wouldn't have to do the treacherous 8+ hour round-trip drive back to Denver to fetch our instruments. Without the use of Kolten's own drum set, the Lord enabled Kolten to fix the Church's electronic drum set so he could use it. That Wednesday evening, the Holy Spirit ministered to about 25 or 30 youth from the Gunnison area."

"Youth Challenge is youth program alternative to jail and consists of 90% unbelievers. At the end of the evening of our Tuesday night booking at Youth Challenge there were at least two salvations!!!! Praise the Lord!!!! See how good and faithful God is?!"
